Our Manufactured Home – Dwelling Fire 1 policy is a slimmed down version of the standard manufactured homeowners policy. This coverage is more affordable, but some damaging events such as windstorms are optional and not included in the base premium. Attachments such as carports and sheds are scheduled separately. Personal liability coverage is available for an additional premium.
