The Dwelling Fire 3 (DP3) policy is designed to provide coverage for your seasonal, secondary or rental property. Homes written under this coverage form cannot be vacant. The DP3 policy is not a typical package policy and coverages are available in an a la carte format so that you can tailor the policy and purchase only the coverages that meet your individual needs.
This is the most commonly purchased policy for site built homes, also referred to as an HO3. An HO3 policy provides comprehensive property and liability coverage for homes that are owner occupied.
This policy is most commonly referred to as an HO6 and is specifically designed for owners of condominiums or cooperatives. This policy will cover semi-permanent structures such as carpeting, wallpaper, kitchen cabinets and built-in appliances, but does not cover the building itself or common areas as that is normally covered under the insurance policy of the association.
This is a slimmed down version of our manufactured homeowners policy and covers nothing except for listed hazards such as fire and smoke related damage. This policy type allows for full time tenant occupancy.
This easily affordable policy offers protection specifically for homes that are factory built. This policy can include coverage for any additional structures such as porches, carports or detached structures such as sheds or gazebos.
